The student political season is fast approaching in Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan. The registration of political parties had ended last December 20, 2006 and still Alyansang Atenista was the only political party who had registered. Meanwhile, the filing of candidacy is scheduled on January 3-20, 2006. In this period of time, we will be seeing who will be running for a post as an independent candidate. Again, it will be a battle again between Alysang Atenista and the Independent Candidates.
